First day was amazing, the service was as per the Taj promise or lets say how a 5 star service should be. But 2nd it seemed the staff took us for granted and they were bias for certain guests and it looked they were more important than us and no one even thought of asking us any feedback. Not going back again and looking forward for sending an official email as well.

The hotel is just next to the Fort.Pleasant stay in the Hotel. Though the room was spacious and booked for 2 Adults & 2 kids with age mentioned Extra bed was not complementary. The washroom should have the freshener. The staff was very courteous, the food was delicious. Portion and taste were appreciable.

Stayed here with my best friend for her 26th birthday and the hotel made it truly unforgettable. The room was beautifully decorated, and they surprised us with two complimentary brownies (one perfect for her midnight cake-cutting!). The staff was super patient with all my queries and even arranged transport to their sister hotel. Special thanks to Chef Tufan ji and his team for helping me pull off a private dinner in the fort — set up perfectly with rose petals spelling out “Happy Birthday,” a custom mocktail, and cake at the end. Every little detail was handled with such care. This place genuinely embodies hospitality — highly recommend!

Fort House is a beautiful property in Diu. Had a memorable and relaxing time with my family. Rooms are beautiful, neat and clean. Food quality and quantity both are good. Room Service is prompt. Location wise also very good as it is near to many famous tourist spots, Diu fort is just nearby. Staff at the reception and restaurant are very helpful and courteous. Would like to specially thank Ms. Gayatri, Ms. Pritha and Mr. Tufan for their excellent and prompt service.

Breathtaking Location: Perched right in front of the sea and Diu Fort, the hotel's location is unbeatable. The night view of the fort is simply majestic. Delicious Food: The culinary experience was phenomenal! The breakfast and dinner package was worth every penny, and we ended up having lunch there too. The food was always piping hot, flavorful, and freshly prepared. Kudos to the chef from Uttarakhand for his culinary expertise! Exceptional Service: The staff, including Sonal, Smrutipriya, Jenny, and Mr. Tufan (Restaurant Manager), were incredibly hospitable and attentive.
