Gateway Diu

it was a very good experience during our stay in the gateway everything was perfect except the intercom was buzzing at regular intervals last night in one of the rooms. The food was amazing, the staff is very polite and helpful over all it was a very nice experience

Initial because of rain room was flooded with water. However the staff of gateway helped us in a excellent way and supported best way. Awesome place and staff

Stay was good. The hotel is also good. Hospitality was good. The only drawback was the smell from the sea which was not so pleasant. The location and property is good. We were there during Diwali , there were activities from the hotel side.

First time in life had a terrible experience don't even deserve one star i am surprised how they claim 5 star rating

You can view sea from the room. Near by sea beach is not clear. Very Haphazard floor no. Rooms are spacious but common area like reception, parking, Looby is small.

Food was very little choice and service was not upto a star hotel. While booking on Taj group, our expectation was very high as the rates we paid was very high. We expected sea food from Diu hotels but they disappointed us.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly warm and helpful throughout our visit. They made sure every little detail was taken care of. Great service and a welcoming atmosphere, would definitely recommend staying here!
