Location is good. WiFi and TV channels didn’t work. Rooms don’t have dark curtains to prevent excess daylight from the glass doors. Fridge light is too bright for the night.

Good hotel to stay in Diu Nagaon beach ,near to beach just outside hotel and available food and bar near by. Value for money. Food and Drink are costly but same in whole Diu..

overpriced hotel with minimum attention

Firstly, the pricing was way too high we double checked it with their other customers and they told us that they booked the cottage in half of the price which we paid and that was shocking. That means we paid double price for the same room they rented. Secondly, In the room there were some munching items and to our shock they were expired we opened the packet had one cashew and it was expired not only cashew the packet of almonds and pista were also expired. thirdly,the water was salty in bathing and basin no other hotel has salty water. Forth point, the door has glass brick in it so the sun directly gets into the room if not sun then sunlight and it's impossible to sleep in the afternoon just because of the sunlight they should have installed curtains or something so that sunlight can't come through the door.

The staff were not responding on the given extension whether it is house keeping or reception, need to visit them for any requirement which is changing for disabled person like me. Within 30-40 minutes after check in electricity got cut and after multiple tries on extension no one came to check, after physical visit to reception they came and rectified the issue. Food and other things were good.

Hotel has updated that they are having facility of Restaurants and Bar. However, after reaching there and completing the check in process, we came to know that Bar is not operational and that too when we asked for the same. If the same was not operational then, it should be updated while we are booking, even at the time of check in, staff did not inform for the same. When we asked to cancel the booking, they agreed to provide from their another hotel, but at night they called and informed that we have to tell them by 8 pm only , after that they won’t be able to provide. So overall , we had bad service experience, false commitment, false declaration

This resort praveg, was well placed near nagoa beach, property location n ambience was good. Courteous staff, n nice taste of buffet breakfast , enjoyed all things. One point to mention, maintainance was Some how concern, found door card tag n door bell was not working, dealt with manual keys, But rest was good n well behaved staff, handle our every request very well.

Extreme Hard Water in Bathrooms

Rooms are spacious, location is good, service is Ok but the water in the bathroom is worst. You will feel as if you are bathing in sea. Tds more than 5000. You cant even use water to brush your teeth. Skin started itching. Need drastic improvement here.
