The room was very smelly. Had to ask for room freshner again and again. The rooms were big enough. One of the room did not have the lights working

Good location, you can see Somnath Mandir from the higher floors. Clean and well maintained rooms, attentive staff.

Hospitality , food and Services were poor. Reception counter management was very poor. Location was good.

The hotel was good, clean and staff behaviour was also good and supportive. The room and washroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank you.

After check in found Kettle was smelling badly and tea cup had a crack. Asked to change the kettle and cup & went for dinner. When back found kettle changed was again smelly. They forgot to change the cup. Morning got changed both and informed for housekeeping. When came back in evening housekeeping wasn’t done. Told again for housekeeping. Later housekeeping was done but no napkins & water bottles placed. Complained again. Over all very poor service & hopeless staff. Later called the manager conveyed him.

Service was not upto the mark. When I entered my room phone was not working properly, wash basin has passage of water was quite slow and both couldn't be resolved even after my complaint , till check out. Although they deployed the technician just after my complaint. Moreover they charged Rs 500 for a misplaced key that was left on the reception. Overall it was not a value for money stay

Good rooms, great control on A/C. Great bathrooms with amenities. Food was okay though. We only had dinner & lunch. We used then pool but it was a little disappointed in terms if cleaning. Peagion feathers were all along. Staff was polite. No late checkout was given even when the hotel was visible empty. So we waiting in lobby.

It was a very pleasant stay not very far from the temple premises. Cleanliness was very good. The restaurant served excellent vegetarian food . The staff was courteous who can also help you in your city tour arrangements.
