as per shown in image ..there was no tv in room..as well provided towel was of low quality..other than room was ok ..for stay

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. During my stay, my watch went missing from my room, and the staff showed little concern or accountability. I reported the missing immediately, but the management’s response was slow and unhelpful. There was no follow-up, no real investigation, and no sense of responsibility for guest safety or security. A hotel should make guests feel comfortable and protected, but this place did the opposite. Between the lack of security and the indifferent attitude of the staff, I cannot recommend staying here. There are plenty of other hotels that actually value their guests and take things seriously.

Hotel owner charged for morning stay for 3 hours and not provide bottle water, toiletry papers and high tea. All these items were described in the booking. It is really surprising.

Room service is very bad. No body bother for room service. . Washroom was in very bad condition

The washrooms were pathetic, seems like they have not cleaned it properly since ages. There were spider webs in every corner. The washbasin drain was clogged and leaking. Restaurant was not hygienic it was dusty all around.

It was a good stay the only problem with the washroom, the taps are leaking and damaged. We didn't get hot water in the washroom.

The name shuggests resort but its like a guest house and poor room quality and amenity given. Will not recommend

Rooms are dirty, smell badly, walls are not well maintained. Bedsheets and blanket were not cleaned properly.

We booked a 3 night stay in safari hotel and resort. The stay was pleasant and hotel staff were quite helpful and cooperative. Sufficient space in the lawn for the kids to play around. Food in the resturant can be customized as per your needs. Overall a great stay and value for money.

I had a disappointing experience at the said resort. The rooms arr not all clean and bed, toilet, floors was hugenic and unable to stay. I left the room after 30 minutes after check-in by seeing the condition of the rooms and hotel and same time booked another hotel. Too much smell in the rooms. Please dont go for this hotel if you are booking for your family and moreover it doesnt give any feeling of resort n all.

It was dirty n sub standard

Poor experience as property was already sold out completely and they were taking booking via make my trip. On arrival they are refusing to give accommodation there. On request they were arranging another room which was not suitable as per our booking. Very casual approach and showing negligence on customer hospitality

Only good thing i would like to say about hotel is connectivity. Other than this, if i say about bathroom. It was pathetic, ac was ridiculous. Inf-act in one night stay i have to re shift from one room to another, still condition was same. Ambience was good, staff was supportive but the maintenance and management is very poor

The stay was good, close to the temple parking, and the staff were friendly.

Window shields & chairs are broken. No warm water facility available even though hot and cold water tap is there but no hot water comes from the hot water tap.

Nice location. Good hospitality. Room design is also good. Overall good stay as per to price.
