RAINBOW RESORT

The worst property ever! There were cockroaches on bed , the room had too may insects, the bathrooms were dirty and there was leakage in pipes! Room was not cleaned properly ever after asking for it multiple times, the reception mae person was rude! We asked for checkin he said room is available but you can check in post 12 only we clearly said we have a 1 year old please give us atleast 1 room they dint! Pool water was way too cold for babies they also charge 18% on food says its single ownership hotel so this is what it is! The lady on reception and one bell boy who helped in luggage were the only good part of the entire hotel! Rest rooms and bathrooms are bad are worst ! Do not go for this hotel ever!

not clean.. everything in bathroom is broken and have fungus..pillow is very dirty...

service is ok. must be increased breakfast timing. and Brakefast category. also lunch lime . must be improved washroom cleaning.

Good Place to stay with Family and friends. There is no provision of Tea and coffee bags. Room cleanliness was good. food was also good.

I don't like .The service is also not good.we are expected to be very high. telephones are not responding ,tv ility are not working.so please don't stay

the stay was shocking. rooms were not cleaned . its v cockroach infested. the bfast part was ok. but overall very poor rooms.

food was so expensive from MRP room toilet was not clean properly drinking water was not sealed bad was comfortable room service was good

We reached there, the hotel staff was very nice and we enjoyed the swimming pool. I love it. We also had a lot of fun there.

It was affordable but the cleanliness, hygiene wasn't that good as per amount we paid. It was average experience. We could get better hotel in this amount.

We have went earlier that time it was all good. But this time it was worst experience . Because the telephone ,Tv , mini fridge and door bell all was not working properly.No towel , dental kit , and soap were not provided . Room was full of moisture and not clean properly . So don’t suggest this hotel.

Very bad experience in this property no cleanliness. This property is not a Resort but yes we can feel good guest house with swimming pool facility
