Hotel is good. Little bit noisy inside room as there are lots of noise come from other rooms like moving furniture. Food quality is exceptionally good. No preparedness for guests like i had to ask to recharge airtel stb for channels after cheking in. Parking space is not upto the mark. Even after that, sign boards like Parking at owner's Risk was there which is something not expected. Hotel is good. I had a truly wonderful stay at The Grand Highness. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. We had a pleasant stay at this THE GRAND HIGHNESS. The property is well-maintained and offers a comfortable environment. Initially, we faced a minor issue with a strong floor cleaner smell in our room, which was a bit uncomfortable. However, the staff was cooperative and quickly arranged a room change without any hassle. Their support made a big difference. Overall, it's a nice THE GRAND HIGHNESS with good service.
