Washroom was not clean. Flush not working properly. Housekeeping was very poor. Food not upto the mark. Rate were too high. Pool not clean. Shower area near pool was terrible. Not at all recommended

While the basic amenities were provided, there was nothing particularly outstanding about the accommodation. Some aspects of the stay could have been improved to enhance comfort and convenience. Cleanliness & Hygiene: One of the major concerns during the stay was the lack of cleanliness. The rooms, common areas, or facilities may not have been well-maintained, leading to a less comfortable experience. Overall Impression: While the food was a highlight, the overall stay could have been more comfortable if cleanliness and maintenance standards were improved. Addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the guest experience and make future stays more enjoyable.

Food was good. Room was average. Amenities were good but i couldn’t found piece and calmness as i found it noisy resort cause it’s located at main road, now a days as tourism increased there is too much vehicle on road which cause heavy noise.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay at Gir National park. Very cooperative staff, good food however, missed variety after 2 days- it’s repetitive. Very good surroundings. Need to take care of disposing plastic garbage properly

Location good. Basic structure is well planned and spacious. But very terribly maintained. Poor bathrooms, older doors, no phone, not professional. Bathrooms not clean. Hot water not available in few rooms. Complimentary breakfast not at all up to mark, not a buffet system. Food taste was okie. Can’t order dinner if we order after 8pm. Overall professionalism lacking in many areas. Have lot of scope to improve

The location of the resort was good. Rooms were clean & spacious. Well planned landscape of the resort for health as well as fun activities.

The stay was nice, the food was also good, a good family option if you are thinking of enjoying it with family

Terrible property, dirty rooms, webs on walls, dirty and broken things in washrooms. Honestly one of the worst stays i had, food also was very very basic and taste was bad. Uncle ji on front desk was not welcoming and sounded rude

The cottage was clean and had very supportive staff. Enjoyed the camp fire at night. Very pleasant and serene. Carry your trunks for splash in the swimming pool.

Food was very average quality on day 2

My mother admitted to hospital. During this emergency, i requested for a refund. Looks like property rules are more stricter than health emergencies and after uploading all hospital proofs also, this property denied my refund. Not sure, if property rules over and above human health emergencies. Not even giving a second thought of communicating with customer and if needed they can ask me more proofs. I was happy to provide them. Anyway, this property should learn some human touch to consider under emergency health conditions. I may not be visiting this property again in future

The location, food and amenities were all excellent. The property is located at a convenient distance from the sinha sadan gate. Hence it is away from the crowd, yet comfortable from the point of view of travel-ling to the sinha sadan gate. It is the largest legal property in the sasan gir area. The service was very cooperative and polite. We enjoyed the overall ambience and the space.

Everything was good about stay and jungle lodge. Good for family. Its very near those who are interested for Gir jungle safari

Rooms are below average. Service was pathetic we had to ask for room cleaning for 2nd day of our stay instead they didn't clean it.

Nice and clean property. Service is also good. Only need to work upon food price as it was 400 rs per person and we were 7 so 2800 every time however we had food outside and the bill was never above 1700

Outer ambiance was good but room internal and bathroom was not good. Also bed-sheets not cleaned.
