Stay was very good with comforting atmosphere at resorst Staff was very good abd ready to solve all your queries and problems promptly. Food was very good

I happened to randomly booked the property while checking on MMT and it was truly so much worth it... entire staff and their hospitality was outstanding... the rooms were amazing, neat & clean... Food on request of your choice is also done here and is tasty too ... they also have many indoor and outdoor activities... While being on a road trip with my 6yr old they have given me many unforgettable memories to cherish for life... Their personalised experience has made our stay so much remarkable and comfortable. The property stay was so pleasant. At very peaceful location it is situated mango tree plantation around and forest. Loved the staff courtesy and food in restaurant

Here's an example of a bad review for a hotel due to rude behavior: *1/5 - disappointing stay: rude staff* while the hotel's amenities and location were satisfactory, the staff's behavior was unacceptable. *issues* 1. Front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful during check-in. 2. Room service staff were rude when i requested extra towels. 3. Manager was apologetic and dismissive when i reported the issues. *specific incident* the staff member rolled their eyes and sighed, making me feel unwelcome. When i politely asked to speak to the manager, they reluctantly complied. *expectations* as a paying customer, i expect basic courtesy and respect from hotel staff. Unfortunately, failed to meet these expectations. *recommendation* until the hotel addresses its staff's behavior, i would advise others to consider alternative options. *rating breakdown* - cleanliness: 4/5 - amenities: 4/5 - service: 1/5 - value: 2/5 *will i return* no we ordered food that took 2 hours. We want inside kitchen to take delivery. Its very pathetic

Recommended option for gir visit. Well maintained rooms, very courteous staff both in front office and the restaurant. The kathiyawadi food preparations were good. Thr is a small stream with seating area. Minimum kids play area which wld need an upgrade

A recent visit to sasan gir with family was very enjoyably. We stayed at asiatic lion lodge for two nights and had booked three rooms. The property is well maintained, with good forest fill and ambience. Rooms are spacious, clean and reasonably well maintained with good security. But the bathroom had very basic toiletries with soap cake missing. The normal check in time is 2. 00 pm. We reached the premises after that but out of three rooms booked, one was still under cleaning and was allotted after 15/20 mins. The staff is good, courteous, helpful but the service needs lot of improvement service at the restaurant was extremely slow and with very limited staff. Some of the dishes seem to be overpriced e. G. A plate of pakoda is priced rs 250 a plate. Swimming pool was clean and many indoor activities are available. Overall a happy stay.

Stay was good, anybody looking for peace of mind can stay in this resort. Food is good but with very limited options and no network coverage for air-tel users

Property is far away from crowded place so it's nice for having a family time with your loved ones. The food is delicious. Staff is very polite and courteous. Only issue is communication linkage as no network of any sort. Wifi also does not works when people are more. And secondly rooms are little overpriced. Facilities provided in rooms are not as per the prices one is paying for the stay.

Food was not at all good, below average, as per the hospitality policy for kids below 5 years, milk n khichdi are free, we were charged by the hotel for the same. Also in the facilities they mention about bush dinner, when i asked about the same, they did not provide anything

Due to cyclone biporjoy, we had to cancel our trip at the last moment. In spite of natural calamity this shameless hotel didn’t consider credit note or date change but chose to charge full amount. In such time, true character of business & management is revealed whether they want to build long term goodwill or interested in quick cash. They want customers to take life risk among-st natural calamity but pay them money. Even all safaris in gir national park were cancelled. Shame on you asiatic lion lodge!

We booked the room for one night. The property is very beautiful, close to nature and very hygienic. Room was good. Food is also delicious. Overall our stay was very comfortable. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Special mention to general manager mr. Karan

Good facility, nice ambiance, top rated cleanliness, awesome food and friendly staff. What more a guest would want. The best part was garden and food. No one could forget this amazing experience in a life.
