Dear MMT Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay . The experience was extremely disappointing and far below the expected standards for a property listed on your platform. The entire property had a persistent foul smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. The food served was unhygienic, stale, and had an unpleasant odor. I also observed that the server was cleaning tables and immediately serving food without washing hands, which raises serious hygiene concerns — especially as I was traveling with my child. The breakfast buffet was another major letdown, consisting of only four items, all of which were of poor quality and unfit for consumption. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I strongly urge MMT to review the hygiene and service standards of this property. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this resort even if the services were offered free of cost. I request that appropriate action be taken against the property and that my feedback be considered seriously to ensure better quality assurance for future guests. Sincerely, Monika

Worst service they don't even have door mat at rooms door and bath phone not working bad hospitality

We are so pleased to see the view of the room on the online website, but as soon as we have saw the original view, we are totally disappointed. There are no safety lockers in the room, only one charging point between 5 Mobile, aslo there are very big problem of Mosquito which will not solved & the landline is not working so if we want something, we have to go by ourselves. We are totally disappointed with this , requesting to kindly give us Refund of our One day money OR atleast 50%.

Food average,no rooms clean,staff behaving very rude,no facilities,no room services,for stay no safety and relax,at food time no fresh food.pls remove resort star catagory

The Stay Was just Okaish. Room Was Not Up To Mark. Food Was Good and locationis mear to sinh sadan. The Behaviour of Staff Is extremely poor, I don't know how they got job in hospitality sector with this kind of attitude. Reception Staff is good and well behaved and ready to help but other staff was terrible. you can just skip this property and find another one.

Extremely surprised! How such properties get 4 star (****) ? Even 2 star and 3 star are better than this.

It was a nice stay with good services . I was in touch with Mr Arif ,the manager ,who was helping for everything. The rooms are cozy n nice for 2 person.Just 2 suggestions.1 increase the light in bath rooms and install cloth hangers 2 add a good size table or stand for luggage in the room . The food was satisfactory .They arranged a local entertaining dance also at night. overall very good place for that low cost.

Location was superb, Ambience was cool, tht background music at night was one of the best sound. Good food. perfect place for family. thanks for wonderful experience.

Hotel service are third class and room not clear. there were a lot of mosquitoes inside the room and if you order anything, you would have to wait a lot. The location was good, the room size was decent. Cleaning was not up to the mark, tge staff also need some training regarding the services, the worst part was food, they don't give options for food and you have to take buffet only. Even they don't have cheese sandwich because they had no cheese in restaurant. Swimming pool size was decent but water was not clean. Overall i won't visit this place again.

Cleanliness was not upto the mark. Hygiene is not maintained. Toilets and common area was not well maintained. To our shock, soup contained spider remains but no body was bothered even after we brought it to staff notice. The stay will be remembered for not do good reasons. Hope concerned persons take corrective action.

When i enter in property it was very good location. Staff is very supportive. But room was not as per mark, it's smelling very bad. So request for room change but almost all rooms have same issue. But staf was very supportive. Finally got one room without water lickage. Overall stay was good if hotel maintain their rooms.
