I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay . The experience was extremely disappointing and far below the expected standards for a property listed on your platform.
The entire property had a persistent foul smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. The food served was unhygienic, stale, and had an unpleasant odor. I also observed that the server was cleaning tables and immediately serving food without washing hands, which raises serious hygiene concerns — especially as I was traveling with my child.
The breakfast buffet was another major letdown, consisting of only four items, all of which were of poor quality and unfit for consumption.
This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I strongly urge MMT to review the hygiene and service standards of this property. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this resort even if the services were offered free of cost.
I request that appropriate action be taken against the property and that my feedback be considered seriously to ensure better quality assurance for future guests.
