Terrible Stay
The property needs renovation. Their were water stains in washroom. Specifically in WC, basin and floors of washroom. The curtains, glasses and mirrors had hard water stains. The staff was polite and humble. They help me get the best possible room. 01/5 for property and 5/5 for staff

Good Stay
rooms are good, food is excellent. They lack in service, understaffed. You will have to wait to get breads, tea, hot milk etc for quite a long time. In room dining experience is even worse.

inside food is amazing good hospitality
food was awesome. no indoor sports activities like pool or tt . good outdoor activities like cricket badminton children play area. pool okish. rooms some old some new we weren't provided new room structure.

Needs some overall improvement in property infrastructure, basic amenities are missing, average quality of stay , extra activities missing apart from stay.you have nothing to do at evening , no sufficient lighting are there in property, you see only darkness at night

Poor Stay
The location was okay, we heard a lot of “No” “No’s” whenever we asked for something. In room dining was not available, there was no option for à la carte also, and the buffet was expensive. Water bottle price is rupees 85/ bottle, you should really do something about the price, it is equivalent to paying 1$ for the 20rs bottle which is absolutely worthless. The property is also not that well maintained, rooms are little dirty especially the bathroom. Also, there is no food available from 3PM- 7:30PM, not even snacks for children. I haf to request them 4-5 times to provide at least french fries for my little niece. I would request the property to take these points into the consideration which will help them serve their guests better.

very average experience
The rooms were good but the bathroom was not up to the standards of such a 3 star hotel, the parking and swimming pool are nice! And the food was not enjoyable at all, the dinner and breakfast tasted very average! Yes, the staff's behavior was very nice!
