stay is excellent. Property is very good. Food cost is too high. We enjoyed overall stay,very humble staff

Ok so let me give you a brief review on our stay. 1. The room was good with all the necessities but the bathroom I wasn't satisfied with, the wash basin wasn't clean, no proper toiletries provided. A tiny little bottle of body shower, need to improve some good brand toiletries needed. 2. Morning sweeming wasn't provided till 8.30 am. 3. Morning games room wasn't provided till 11.00 am. 4. Pool side areas were not cleaned from last evening. Lot of masala gudka reaper and cigarette butts were lying around. 5. Breakfast, enjoyed fresh made dosa and fruits. 6. At the time of check in, reception wasn't professionally handled. No proper management at the reception counter. 7. The buffet for dinner is quite over budget. 1000 + taxes. Need to reduce the rates. 8. As per tariff I'm not very satisfied. Still will try to come next time if my reviews are considered

Cleanliness and maintenance of property is good. Restaurant services can be improved especially the live counters wherein guests have to stand in long queues for live food item. Food tastes good. Even they try to customise food as per your kid’s requirement. Game zone can be improved by providing air conditioner and dedicated staff so that items in game zone are not misplaced. Nights are quite entertaining as the hotel arranges folk dance daily. We were very thankful to the hotel as we got upgraded to premium villa complimentary by the hotel. Overall good experience.

I am very much disappointed for basic points not taken care by hotel as mentioned below 1) Room was not ready at the time of checking 2) lizard inside the room 3) Small insect on room floor 4) very dirty smell inside the wash room 5) Air condition not working very hot When I approached to hotel general manager then he informed me sir, in forest insect and lizards are common and inform pest control to clean room. Hotel management not checking room condition and allow to check in guest in such type of room. I booked room higher category by paying per room per night to get best service and piece full stay but this is not happens in this hotel Do not stay next time in this hotel

I had a truly wonderful stay at Jagira Ananta Elite, Gir over the last two days. The service was exceptional — every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety and rich flavors that made every meal memorable. What truly touched me was the thoughtful surprise for my birthday — a delicious cake and chocolates that made my day feel extra special. It’s these little gestures that make all the difference. Thank you for such a heartwarming experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

property's location was a little difficult because of road conditions. food was clean and good. amenities was good, but the toilet is a little old, and the service was good. they were very kinda.

The location is good , the food is good but the amenities are too poor maybe we cannot think this will be in Ananta ... actually feel like an ordinary hotel there are no such amenities which we feel it will be remembering...

The overall stay was good. Room size & property landscape is good. good greenery and amenities. Food quality is good. However property needs maintenance and food options are limited. Breakfast Meal is sufficient and good.

Except the brand ‘ananta’ there was nothing exceptional about the resort. Food was not good. Staff wasnt co-operative at all. Room amenities were not matching basic level even. Highly disappointed
