Rooms were clean but small. Food was tasty. Checkin experience was not good as we had to keep waiting for an hour and the checkin staff seemed rude and arrogant. There were many other people who were not happy with the checkin experience which included kids and senior citizens. Being a 5 star property and a property at a prime location in a tourist place I guess this is the basic facility one looks for while booking the hotel. That is exceptional checkin experience. Not only that the checkout experience was also not good.

Had a great experience during my stay. The staff were extremely cordial and helpful throughout, making the stay very comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and cozy. The food was excellent with a good variety of options. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool — the view from there was simply amazing! Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

My Experience of Hotel stay was very good. Main reason for this rating isChef Hanuman who helped us with some good Jain food as per request. Every thing was good except we have to wait 1.5 hours for check-in as we arrived early. I did not see any effort by the front desk staff (by Rahul)to help us. Breakfast was good. The girl at the front desk was very courteous and gave us a room with Amba mata mandir view.

This property is good. Rooms are clean. But I wouldn’t say this is a 5 start property. Rooms are small though. In comparison to Sarovar Somanath - Bellevue Junagadh, lacks in hospitality, trained staff and customer retention.. Again note this is in comparison to Sarovar Somnath — otherwise its a good place to stay. I didn’t try the food.

As per the name, it looks like a 1-star service. First of all, I had to complain frequently about the AC not working, but the staff was not cooperative. Their behavior seemed rude, especially at the reception. I think you should explain to your staff what proper service and professionalism mean.
