Terrible stay, food was so bad. Sofa was infested with bugs. Room service was delayed. only pros is just near Sinh Sada

Location was excellent because the entry is 2 min by walk but food service takes a lot of time after ordering and keep waiting for your next order in between As we took 4 rooms, the bathroom of not all were properly cleaned so we need to keep calling for buckets or drinking water, so giving 3 stars

Location is not the best though near to sasan gate. I have to call room service many times for small requests.

We got good experience with this hotel. Rooms are specious and filled with basic requirements of clients. All staff are very helpful and they also upgraded our room without taken any additional cost. Most important thing is that this hotel location is very nearby of gir forest booking office.

Location is nearest to safari gate. Property is also good. Amenities are in line. Only problem is that the hotel is not driver friendly. They don't allow drivers to use the washroom and bathroom facilities.

Location of hotel is nice, walking distance from sinh sadan (safari gate. Good place to stay. Hotel charges 18%gst on food. Veg gujurthi thali was good, but costly approx 400- per person. They don’t serve non veg. Rooms are spacious but has few cockroach problem. They provide contact for cab service too which is good. But driver will come very late so ask them to come 2 hours in advance. Overall service is slow. So plan accordingly

Food was tasty yet limited variety. Quantity of food served was very good. Situated very near to gir forest main entrance. Amenities no water heater only solar powered heating system so did not get hot water in the bathroom. Food -4/5 location-5/5 amenities-3/5 services-5/5 cleanliness-3. 5/5

Stay is good and overall hotel is good if you are planning to stay near sinha sadan for Safari.

Hotel location is good near to sinha sadan only issue is with food not much variety in menu. Staff is cooperative as i have some issue with the room they immediately changed room. So behaviour of the staff is very polite and kind.

Bath room cleaning was not done properly and it was having bad smell. We have to call house keeping guys to clean the bathroom. Bed orientation is not proper. When you open the door, you can see the bed. Privacy is not good. Limited food items in breakfast buffet.

Hotel is having very good room, support staff, very nice place because very near to singh sadan. Will definitely recommend to friends, family for stay here whenever visit to sasan gir. Thank you.

Food is not so good. Cleanliness is also not sufficient. Parking is only for 5 cars. (size don't matter)
