Staff was cooperative. Must visit.

Hygiene is not maintained in hotel rooms.

Very poor service staff always looking for money. I booked with free breakfast but they did-not provide

Hotel manager entered our room without our permission, while we were not in the hotel. They entered the room with their master key. This is totally not acceptable. Ac not working.

The room was good. Staff behavior is also good. The location is near the sea beach. We didn't have food there so could not comment on food. Overall good for the budget.

The room was clean and reception also very good. Location is good, it was nearest of beach. The good was not available, they have not kuchen and last service was good but not excellent.

Property Location is just a few step from the sea beach..staff of planet 9 were very supportive and friendly..Food is the main issue in puri if you are vegetarian..rest all is 👌🏻

It's a nice brand new prooerty near sea beach away from the dusty crowd of puri. They are committed professional hoteliers.

A calm stay near sea beach. We enjoyed the stay. We got our permanent home stay @puri. I strongly recommend this hotel planet 9 to make your next holiday home.
