Terrible experience. Worst service. The pictures of the hotel shown during my booking were the pleasant ones, but when i reached the booked hotel, the hotel was in the baddest condition. Even room locks were not working properly. And still these people have not refund my money even after a conversation. Worstest experience. They don't deserve even a zero star.

Bathroom was not cleaned and toiletries are not there even geyser was not working. No chairs in the room, a broken table was kept in the room. Tv was not working, room was not properly cleaned and has a bad smell, no provision of luggage store in the room,

Room was not ready at the time of check in. Bedsheet was extreme dirty and burnt. There was no lock on the window, a monkey came into my room took tshirt & a packet of biscuit away. It was such a terrible moment for us. We checked out the room in just 4 hours of check in and book another room on a different location. Staff was not professional. No cleanness. My money gone waste. Never book this property.

The property was just average and the caretaker (naman) was totally useless. He promised to get the washrooms clean after we go for sightseeing in mussoorie and took our room keys. But when we came back, no cleaning was done. We stayed for three days and throughout our stay, absolutely no cleaning was done and naman dint bother to get it done. There was no dustbin, doormat, even a wiper if we think we could keep our rooms tidy. So the whole property was absolutely mess. - cons : - - dirty - quite far from city centre ( mall road or gandhi chowk ) - located at steep down-way hence it is very difficult for non-resident of mussoorie to do up-down on this route with a scooty specially in rains due to lack of habit of commuting daily on such tracks. - non- responsive staff (owner was gentleman but seems like he is not quite aware of this attitude of his caretaker naman) - pros : - - located at a quite location away from city noise. - very near to dalai hill tourist spot. Would never recommend pinewood stay to anyone ever. Location
