The building is inside the mountain, we had a good stay there. All the facility are available in the resort (apart from hair dryer. The building is cozy and nice for staying. The owner is also a very nice gentleman who took us for a walk in the morning, the view and where the building is surrounding is super awesome, you won’t find it in the normal tour. Although food is not available outside of the resort, and a bit costly from the resort, but is was super yummy and pretty much customised, the overall experience is quite good, if you want to be quiet and away from crowded place then this is a good option for you.

Didn't get money back with cancellation. Very unprofessional. Neither makemytrip nor the hotel fellow was responding.

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel, their staff especially mr. Rares is very kind, friendly and helpful.

The owner stopped taking calls for directions. When we somehow reached the hotel, we were informed that the hotel is full (despite we booked in advance and paid the amount in full) and they are transferring us to an inferior stay nearby with no view. As per the staff it was their another property but we got to know that it was a barter deal and these guys took other guests at extra charge. Horrible but we had no other option as it was too cold and late in the night. The original owner zayn was apparently high and stopped taking our calls. Please avoid this at any cost.

We as a group of 7 people, stayed on this property, which is well maintained & has great location in pehalgam, kashmir. Host & staff extended great hospitality & food is excellent. For location of property please contact host for directions & don't rely on google maps. We were lucky to see snow fall on the hill right across the property.

It was one of the most terrible stay in my life i request you to not get booking for this hotel. No water bottle in the hotel no food no cook. Worst
