This property has a great location and is of high quality, especially with the amenities provided. Most importantly, it has a great, client focused host, Milind is his name who loves his job and goes the extra mile to ensure total customer satisfaction. We will use this place whenever we visit Belgaum in the future.

Location: Easy to find Food : didn't try amenities and services : overall good. Drinking water RO can be changed to bottled water service. the water can wasn't clean.

Apartment is well maintained and worth the charges. Owner Milind is very helpful. All the facilities in the apartment are excellent. The balcony is the best part of the apartment. The whole place is done tastefully.

We had a wonderful stay at Picaddle Homestay. The owner was just a phone call away and ensured we had a great time. Although there was a minor electricity issue late at night, he went out of his way to make sure we weren’t inconvenienced, personally bringing an electrician to fix the problem promptly.

Picaddle service apartment is located well within the city limits. The apartment is well maintained and has a balcony. This place feels like home.

The facilities were also not up to the mark. Despite the warm hospitality of the hosts, the overall experience was disappointing. Hopefully, the hosts will take steps to improve the maintenance and upkeep of the property"
