Hello Sir, Firstly thank you for choosing D'MANOR. We are grateful you found the room pleasant, and its unfortunate the TV was not working. I just hope you would have informed the reception about it. As you may know, the D2h connection is like a prepaid account and sometimes the balance gets exhausted and hence it does not work. If only you would have informed the reception, they would have immediately recharged the account. I hope you will allow us a chance to serve you better the next time.

Good except the dust
businessGood stay clean rooms. Just that as it’s in industrial area there is lot of dust. Rooms and bathrooms are clean

Comfortable happy
Rooms were really cozy & luxurious. Toilet & room were well maintained, neat & tidy. Breakfast was good. Located in a peaceful environment but a little far away from major restaurants, etc. No issues if u walk 1 km then everything is available. Staff was really cordial, courteous & helpful. If u have some work in the industrial area of belagavi, this a good place for stay. A suggestion is that try to reduce the room rent by 500rs or so, considering its far away location from main city. Also put mosquito nets in windows.

Average stay.
There is no auto rickshaw stand nearby and it is far from the road. Breakfast is average, they don't have a kitchen for lunch and dinner.

Hello Sir, Greetings of the day! We are thankful you chose to stay with us. We regret the inconvenience caused to you, but I wish you would have informed the reception that you require an auto, and our reception staff would promptly oblige. There are 2 auto stands, within half a kilometer vicinity. Also, our property is located on the Ring road proposed in the area. The work on that road is sadly not our responsibility, and neither our fault that it is not completed. Regarding breakfast, we welcome your feedback. We will put in the efforts to improve the same. Since ours is a Bed and Breakfast ( as mentioned in the description of the property which you can read before booking, we do not have lunch and dinner facility. To compensate, we have tie ups with local restaurants who deliver on a phone call, without any restriction on minimum order. In addition there is also third party delivery apps like Swiggy and Zomato, and if you would have talked to the reception, they will gladly guide you according to your pallete. We wish to serve you again, and get a chance to change your opinion about us. Thanks!

Respected sir, firstly thank you for choosing d'manor. We are glad we got this opportunity to serve you. We appreciate and value your feedback. For your stay dates in dc 22, specifically 21st and 22nd december, there was winter session held in belagavi by govt of karnataka. There were no rooms available anywhere in the city since all the rooms were occupied by the govt. We could manage to keep a few rooms available, hence due to high demand and only us having the supply, our prices were you can say 'surge prices' during season time. Additionally, what we charge and sometimes the surge price offered online is variable, even the ota's charge surge during high demand low supply times. Anyway, we see you appreciate our property quite well so i request you to kindly give us one more chance in a different time, so that you can stay with us when we are offering non surge rates ) thank you.

We want night halt. It is good stay. They provide us room for driver also. Dmart and some good hotels available in 1km distance.

Comfortable hygienic stay
The stay was comfortable. I traveled with family and found the rooms to be clean and hygienic. The staff was helpful. Breakfast spread is bit limited but does the work. There is parking available inside as well as outside. The surrounding area is peaceful and has greenery.

Good stay
The d'manor service apartment is in a nice and calm place. It's near to main road with lot of option to explore your favorite food. Hotel staff were quite courteous. Price could have been bit better.

Dear sir, hope you are doing well. I am grateful you chose d'manor serviced apartment and enjoyed most things about our hospitality. Thank you for the generous review. Since we are a homestay (or a bnb) sir, we do not have a restaurant and hence do not serve lunch and dinner. Breakfast is complimentary. The same details are mentioned in my property details before you confirm the booking. The plus side of this is we encourage takeaway food from other restaurants, and we have the necessary cutlery as well as dining area to make your dining experience pleasurable as well as curated as per your choice. Our reception is also very helpful and would definitely guide you to the best eateries around from where you can order food or dine in as per your convenience. Our prices too we feel are extremely competent and fair as per our judgement, but if you feel otherwise we regret the same. We hope that you will give us the chance to serve you again and maybe change your opinion about us for the better, thank you.
Excellent room space and cleanliness
The room is spacious with separate luggage storage space and balcony. The room and washroom was clean. Much higher service than expected for the price. Recommend to everyone.
