Unmaintained area, poor service, less supplier, long distance, poor road way, dirty pool water. Not good at all

Very nice location and food quality is also very good. Very polite and friendly staff. Rooms are very neat and comfortable rooms with easy budgets. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay more comfortable

Food was very good rooms were average room service can be improved resort activities were less that can be improved

My room booked through makemytrip was overlooked by the property people and was given to someone. I had to fight & get another room. I don’t know, whether it was the room booked by me. Found more than 10 cockroaches on the door screen.

Not a great place, alot of power cuts, the staff was not very helpful

The stay is okay but their response is poor they made us to wait for one hour to check in due some issues there is no water bottle in room no soaps the bathroom maintenance is poor

The travel to reach the property was so good, travel in the deep woods with brezze weather. Food is good, decent, can improve on the service. Lots of things for kids. Overall a decent place for family and also group travels.

Every service and the facility of the hotel was good. The local food of the hotel was good but the food of the hotel should be improved. The room was good.

It was a good experience, they changed swimming pool water on our request. They prepared food on our request. We enjoyed our stay there.
