Accomodation is good, nice staff and spacious room.

we stayed there for one night. The room was spacious , clean and well lit. The interiors are well maintained and help was precise

Property is at a very accessible location which is the only positive about this property. Bed linen, bathroom towels and the access steps are not good

Stayed recently with my family at Parmpara Residency and had a pleasant experience overall. The Jumbo room was spacious and had all the basic amenities we needed. The washroom was clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. Everything worked as expected, except for one fan that wasn’t functioning not a major issue, but worth noting. Special thanks to Mr. Akshay and Mr. Ganesh at the reception for their polite and helpful service. They made the check-in smooth and were attentive throughout our stay. Would definitely consider staying again.

I would like to share my experience in parampara residency, this property is situated in heart of the city so finding out is not problem and cleanliness and behaviour of staffs are good only thing that food not available, even morning tea also you have to arrange out side. also not place for vehicle parking. otherwise overall experience was good.

Rooms were clean. we got the AC rooms for the best price. It was a good stay. The receptionist was kind and helpful. We just stayed for a night, so we did not experience anything bad. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city and near the KSRTC bus stand, so the connectivity was better. The only drawback was they don't have their own parking space. So, if you have your own vehicle then you need to park on the road side. Other than that nothing wrong with anything else. AC in the rooms was working fine. Hot water was available 24*7. Nothing to complain about. Overall it was a good stay.

I stayed with family for a day while traveling to Mangalore. Room was very clean and hygienic. Staff was very friendly and I strongly recommend this if you are looking for a stay in Kushalnagar.

Good stay, service is excellent, rooms are a bit small, but rooms are clean and overall good stay. Also, it does not have a restaurant of its own, but the hotel is in the city and so everything is easily accessible.

Room was good,lighting was also good. Bedsheets were not very clean and washroom could have been better

Customer support is great especially for the non locals. The main room and bathroom are clean however the bed is in very bad condition

Hotel parampara is located in the center of the city kushalnagar. Very near to sight seeing nisargadhama, elephant camp, buddha golden temple. New hotel with neat rooms. Very reasonable price.

Nice stay, easy access to kushal nagar bus stand. Rooms are decent and house keeping also is good. Overall good.
