Hotel has amazing view food of upper deck is mind blowing room services was good but a bit slow

Pathetic experience at this hotel! The staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. When we complained about the bathroom flush not working, instead of fixing it, the staff member shouted at us saying, “What should I do, should I sit on the flush to give you water?” – absolutely behavior! The room was filthy, not maintained at all, and we never got the sea-view room that was promised during booking. When we asked to speak with the manager, we were told he wasn’t available, and the staff arrogantly said, “Take the manager’s number Zero hospitality, zero cleanliness, and zero respect for guests. This place iscomplete waste of money. I strongly everyone – do not ever book this hotel!

It was a nice experience, hotel is right on the beach..Private beach shared by 3-4 resorts only.Road to the entrance is narrow from the parking point, car will not reach till reception, you have to walk a little. Rooms with excellent view and most memorable experience. Must recommend to everyone who visits south Goa and wants to visit a hotel with most scenic view.

The location is the best part of the stay, right on the beach. Everything else was awful. No service, unclean bedsheets, basics like drinking water in the room and clean glasses were not provided and we had to buy every time. To top it, their restaurant was closed and had to depend on Swiggy. With all these paying as much for these rooms were not worth it at all. A classic example of how Goa is only becoming expensive minus the service, experience or infrastructure.

I found the property and it was not that good, only good thing about the stay was it’s sea view from bed room, apart from that no internet at the room and no TV , good is also overpriced and costly as compared to other restaurant in Goa.

I booked a room on the ground floor with the sunset view and i was given a room upstairs with a terrible balcony which wasn't covered and the next room people could see me. There was no privacy and the way to room was fully flooded with water inside the corridor There was no water provided in the room and when called for it we were asked to get from outside They had the ground floor room which I booked but they didn't give Overall it was waste of my money

Beds and the surroundings could be kept clean.

The service was bad. No food was available. AC wasn’t working, Rooms weren’t cleaned.

I faced cleanliness issue in resort

Food: I tried their salad and mocktails, and they've nailed the recipe! Really loved the flavors and the freshness of the ingredients. The portion was more than enough, which was worth it. Location -the most popular international fusion restaurant in Paolem. The all-day restaurant also offers a selection of Goan food. , offering a mouth watering range of traditional, Asian and European cuisine and high quality fresh sea food. Facility -near to city, situated on beach. has an open restaurant and bar. with in the budget. rooms are ok but has all basic facilities.

The room had a good view of the beach however, the AC is too small for day, it’s very humid and doesn’t cool at all. Also, toiletries were very poor; giving Rs. 2 sachets and Rs. 5 medimix soap was disgraceful. Also, the room was not clean and I had to get them cleaned. Not worth 6500₹

Let me start by saying ‘it’s not worth of the word “Resort”, it’s a small property on the beach which is made out of a freight containers sized boxes refurbished into a room, with a very small bathroom - with basic budget hotel amenities n shabby balcony which is barely 2mms away from next balcony with no privacy, All they had was a dirty curtain of a half the width to cover the space between 2 balconies. The access to the property is narrow muddy path of puddles of barely 3 feet in width boundary of torn green happa cloth. Breakfast is limited and quaint , didn’t not even have any Sugarfree for my diabetic individuals. So we decided to vacate the property next morning and moved to Lalit - which was only 3 thousand rupees more and had every required services. I booked it based on the ratings of 4.6/5, which I seriously doubt now. In Nutshell ITS JUST A BUDGET STAY With exorbitant prices.

The beach connected resort is very comfortable and beach is safe and view is too good and relaxing. Food is good and service is also good

The property owner was very kind and accommodating, offering us a sea-view hut room even though we had booked a different one, which we truly appreciated. While the food was quite expensive, the view from the hut was absolutely stunning.
