Located closest to all happening goa night clubs. Best place to stay and have sunset view from room. Breakfast was tasty.

The stay was good thanks to the staff. The resort location is a bit different owing to its cliff view point.

Great location, easily accessible by a car. The view from the room balcony is amazing.

This was too costly for what they offered us. First of all no in house restaurant so you have to order via swiggy. The rooms are completely made of wood which seems good at first but not at all practical. Makes noise while you walk. It had a ac which was more like a cooler as the rooms where not air tight the ac couldn’t maintain temperature so it had to be put in low temp and high fan which was too much as the bed was directly under the ac. Breakfast was okay.

Little isolated area, privacy invasion for suit rooms as a part of public place comes in front of your room, so the price of the room seems to be too high because of it

In terms of location nothing beats this place. Best views of the sea, uninterrupted access to the sea, pubs and party places are next door, best eating joints nearby. However it’s not maintained well. Cleanliness of rooms and appliances in the rooms was poor. They also don’t have a fully operational kitchen but staff can help you with snacks, tea, coffee, etc. Compliments to staff - they are helpful and try to make guests comfortable.
Rooms were not clean. There was dirt on fan, room phone, etc. We stayed here after a gap of 4-5 years and clearly the standards have gone down. Property isn’t well managed as it used to be

The best thing about this resort is sea view, except for that its an old resort and cottages are old and dirty. Night shift manager was rude and non operative. After repeated requests, tv was repaired. I guess they stopped spending money on resort upgrading.

A wonderful, serene beach resort but would definitely need some more experience in managing stay during covid better.

Amazing view, and the property is located in an area with a lot of decent cafes/restaurants. That said the wifi doesn’t work, and is extremely slow which is a big downside for me. Geysers in every room are very small, so you run out of hot water soon. Breakfast options are very limited. That said the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if i can.
Beautiful property with a stellar view. Downside would be the complimentary breakfast(quality and variety can definitely be improved. Wifi is almost non-existent. The geyser’s in each room are very small, so you run out of hot water fairly soon, particularly during a bath. That said, the rooms are clean, the property is in an area with a lot of other cafes/restaurants around. In totality, you can safety stay at this property and have a great time, but don’t expect star quality facilities. I would definitely visit again.

No proper toiletries given, empty munibar, lamp was not working room was almost in darkness. A/c and fan terribly maintained, tv was with expired tata sky subscription. For berk fast only puri bhaji and eggs
Apart from the cottage and the view there is nothing. It os not worth your money. In room only 2 tiny medimix soaps were given and absolutely nothing. For breakfast only puri bhaji and eggs were served.
