Best stay in assagao
Clean. Spacious and very comfortable.
Excellent Stay
The stay was awesome. All the staff was helpful and turnaround time was also minimum. The location is great. Lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Just one issue, if the place is packed then parking car will be a issue. But all in all it was great.

Good Stay
This property is close to north Goa and extremely well kept. The pool is good and rooms are clean and spacious. The stay was value for money.

Service is not good, Expect
Property was Good no issues with Property, Wel maintained and Highgen, Service is very poor, no communication, i have opted the breakfast for my 3 days stay, Getting breakfast on time is very challenging, they provide on their time, like 10.30, 11 am even I didn't get the breakfast my last day stay in have waited till 10.30 no one is responded, i have informed in their WhatsUp group on the same and walked out from the property, . Felt very bad on their service, they are least bothered and no one tried contact me on issues.. they have last the impression in last day stay.. I have paid additional security deposit 5k on this.. I don't know when it will be refund

The two-bedroom apartment provided a truly exceptional experience, and the property's condition was precisely as presented in the visuals. The security deposit was considered reasonable, given the availability of comprehensive amenities, such as an oven, refrigerator, washing machine, and necessary utensils. It is suggested that guests bring swimwear, as the pool is accessible from approximately 8 AM to 8 PM. However, it should be noted that there was a two-hour delay in the security deposit refund, despite the property inspection having been completed by the staff. This waiting period was not communicated prior to booking or at any subsequent time. We were obliged to contact them and return to the property to expedite the refund process, which proved to be quite inconvenient. Otherwise, the stay was undoubtedly a 5-star experience.

Bad location,far from beaches and restaurants
location is bad,very far from all beaches and restaurants,management very rude with guests,pool timing is applicable for guests only ,they friends come and party in pool till very late disturbing every one.

During your first stay, you had appreciated the property and even mentioned during checkout this time as well that everything was good and you would visit again. Regarding the checkout time, our staff only informed you about the standard late checkout charges applicable after 12 PM, which is clearly mentioned in our policy. As for the pool timings, no external guests are allowed and usage is monitored. However, we’ll ensure this is more strictly followed to avoid any inconvenience. Thanks & regards Team OrangeSunsets
