The worst experience witnessed in 10 years of my travel. I booked because of label OYO however the staff was very rude. I have many examples to share about how the staff treated. One such example is TV. They did not recharge the D2H connection. I told them it was not working at 6 pm in the evening, they said, they would recharge it. And they did not do it even till we check-out the next day, at 12 pm, saying that, we didn't ask him again so they didn't recharge. Similar case goes with Wi-Fi. They didn't even switch on the Wi-Fi when asked, they said they would do and did not turn up. We had no Wi-Fi, TV, no AC remote, no power in morning.
