The hotel is place at good location. If water stream flow is music to your ears then this would be perfect place. Staff is very cordial and helpful. Resturant is very good, chef went out of the way to provide us ample spread in Jain menu. The property provides room heater on request basis.

Stay was very good and comfortable in a clean and spacious room. Chairs provided were placed in the balcony. Proper placing of furniture needs to be checked by staff prior allotting a room. Also the buthtub needs to be attended and repaired. Overall rating i shall put is 4. 5. View of the snow peaks from balcony.

Bad stay as comparison to cost.

familyAbsolutely bad stay as comparison to the amount it changed. Though i booked for 3 nights, i checked out 1 day before. Rooms are not cleaned. Bathroom condition was bad. Restaurant food was also terrible.

familyThe property location is awesome. Close the river stream and has excellent view from balcony. However there were no room heater which is very much essential in the zero degree atmosphere. Also the tv dish cable was not working. The geyser in the bathroom doesn’t start heating until it’s empty which becomes very difficult while taking bath due to less water capacity. The food also was not that tasty. Overall average stay and need to improve on these factors

Natural calamity - so booking-got cancelled

familyDue to natural calamity, the roads got blocked. The government did not advise to make a visit to lachung (north sikkim. As such, we cancel-led through mmt. We did not even visit that hotel. Instead we booked accommodation at temi tea garden at east e sikkim and stayed there.

familyWe reached lachung in night on 23rd march night. Its really awesome. Hotel staff and management is polite. Food is extraordinary in such a remote place. Our deluxe room was upgraded to family suite without any charge. I am really thankful as my friend had 2 yr child and was well taken care of when we were having food. Its one of the great experience i ever had in terms of hospitality and care

familyLachung is a remote village. We were there in march at it was raining and very cold always carry your extra warm clothes. Bed warmer helped a lot. We left early 7 in morning for site seeing but hotel gave us packed breakfast. Hospitality of the hotel staff is also nice if going to lachung always prefer to book a good hotels as weather conditions are unpredictable. Summit khangri hotel is costly but at such a remote location paying extra money is sensible.
