The rooms and service were good, And manager and his team were very polite,kind,responsive and helpful to tourists Over all it was a great stay at orchid stay.

The road leading to the hotel is narrow and dangerous, No car parking. Dirty rooms with filthy washroom.don't believe. No dining, No room service.

I went to this hotel for one night stay. I have to work for my shift, last minute i booked this hotel from make my trip. Room was clean. Pleasant and wifi connectivity is good. Almost more than 12 hours i worked without any disturbances. Its nearby km-ch.

This is my second stay at orchids, and i must say the bathrooms are very clean, hygienic and well maintained. And that is awesome at this price range. Looks like someone in the management wants to keep the guest happy. The room with clean bedsheets and towel adds to it. Good job. Overall.

We really spend nice time thanks for their humble coustomer service but got small request try to provide different towel it's too tiny

Good morning, in my life first time i have stayed in the type of hotel inside the room i found one another room and i open and see it inside the management stock waste bundles on the room very bad smell it's not worth to stay please remove like this hotel in makemytrip app there is no car parking also i have waste my time and money i only stay two hours and i come out of the room and return cancel-led all my program

I travel in coimbatore for my business trip and booked this property after checking in mm t that this property have wi-fi but when i actually checked in they said sorry they don’t have basic wi-fi facilities due to that my whole trip is suffered also have very poor service like room cleaning and all.

Place is near to most of the basic needs.Staff were very kind and helpful during the stay .Had a good time 😊👍

During our stay we saw rooms were clean and has maintained hygiene. Also the behaviour of all the staff and especially person at the receptionist was awesome. For sure if am visiting again to coimbatore will have my stay here only. 9nly drawback is restaurant is not there, but we have lots of option nearby.

First of all the road to the hotel was very bad, it was a very narrow road for a car to go. Then there was no parking, we had to park on the side of the road with no safety. We booked an ac room but no blanket was provided even when we asked for one we got only bed sheet. Very bad experience.

The rooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean. I stayed in the non ac room, while sleeping a few insects bit me and a cockroach sat on my face which totally ruined my sleep. The windows are difficult to open and i hope the receptionist had informed about it earlier.

I have stayed for 2 days with my family, owner of this place mr vinod was very helpful and friendly and room were neat and clean, good place to stay with your family

Room is good. Amenities like ac, tv, geysers, drinking water available. Staff are polite and helpful. Food is not available.

Overall the experience was very good. Personally the manager showed more than a room and asked for our choices. The people there was very flexible to your needs. Rooms were very good in quality. Spacious rooms. Rest rooms were neatly maintained. Food was not available but there were plenty of hotels nearby at walkable distance.
