Staff is good. Bathroom is very good. Food facilities is not available but the allow out side food

Poor Stay
My recent stay at your hotel was disappointing and fell short of expectations. While the location was convenient, several issues affected the overall experience. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival — the bathroom was not fresh, and the linens appeared to be bad.

Great stay
I had a wonderful stay at Octave Hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was delicious and fresh every morning. Overall, a great experience with excellent service and value for money. Would definitely recommend Octave Hotel to anyone visiting the city!

Average Stay
My experience was not great at the hotel.i had booked a suite room but the room was filthy and unhygienic. so I had to stay in am executive room. I was expecting a refund but the hotel owner denied it. I have had good experience before but this time it was not upto the mark. Its not been maintained properly.

Poor Stay
Professionally I am a hotelier and a shef, The moment I checked in..or tried to check in..the reception staff was on call and kept me and other guests waiting.... Property Amenities 0 Toilet paper not available Toiletries 0 Room Amenities..no water, or television ..while asked they gave eques.. Staff out North East and have no idea or untrained . I am a professional hospitality Consultant in the Nilgiris and the whole of South India . This property being in the prime location...is only for ..IT and ......etc...whats what I've seen. . I came with my wife .........toilet... absolutely....unhirgenic.....

Poor maintenance and smelly room and moulds in the bathroom. I would suggest not to stay in this hotel

Poor Stay
Room conditions not good, mattress is not proper. instead of single king size, hotel arrange 2 single beds. No exhaust fan available in bathroom, fully smelling through the staying. Bathroom door not closing fully. No proper support from staff with requof early chcek in. No drinking water bottle arrangement in room as showing in booking. Suggest not book this hotel until unless in case of emergency.
