The hotel staff especially the manager Arti should learn to be hospitable and accommodate guests’ requests like as simple as bathroom slippers and not out rightly say no for everything . She talks as if she is an army general and guests should abide by her instructions . Management itself looks like not at all accommodating putting disclaimers in rooms for imposing fines on anything and everything . I think they should learn the meaning of hospitality or shut down the hotel if they can’t . Rooms are clean , bathroom is clean but has got sanitation issues . Thanks
