XYST Notting Hill the Mall Mussoorie

Stay is excellent but Location is difficult to find due to lack of signage.

It was really a good experience as the room were very clean, and I had stayed earlier. Also, there. I like the stay over there in X. Nothing good.

It’s was horrible! The manager asked us for a higher tariff, and when we booked it we were given the worse room! There was no proper water supply. The room wasn’t clean and the bathroom was unhygienic.

Food was not good as all, basic things like tea and cold coffee was terrible in taste. Lean and really steep road to the property and it is hard to locate as well.

Very close to Library Chowk, a hotel with a beautiful view. They have amazing staff, their service and hospitality was great.

Reaching Hotel The location is a bit on inner side and is difficult to find. There are no sign boards or pointers towards the hotel. Many of the locals also have hard time finding Hotel. Location Overall location is good and pleasant. You wont be able to hear all the traffic noise and is on higher side so there is vqlley view on one side. It a bit difficult to reach for old people if there is no car as the path to hotel is very steep and regular going to and fro to the hotel is very challenging. STAY - Very cooperstive and friendly staff. - Clean and fresh rooms - Very pleasant and Minimal Interiors - Sanitized Bathrooms and toiletries - Ambient Lighting - Good Food Quality Extra - Mall road close by at walking distance - Easy access to Taxi and Scooter services - Paid Parking just below the hotel

Had a great experience with Notting hill mussorie. Everything about the property is great. Specially the service is top notch. The view from rooms, staff behaviour, food, service everything is excellent. No complaints. Thankyou mmt.

Found hair in buffet 2 times in morning and in dinner which I complaint to receptionist. Not good at all

approach location is very dangerous to drive. and when I check in no water in washroom for 30 mins .

It's a nice neat and clean property. The staff was very cooperative and humble. With given conveyance from the hotel, it's a 5 mins distance to mall road. We had a nice stay at this hotel.

Stay was normal but they not give us corner best viwe room. Rooms are small in size, no medical kit in hotel. Food is over praised, no dryer even in suits
