Experience was good, staffs are helpful. However property is quite old and there is no lift. It was short stay, overall good experience.

Good services and delicious food must visit staff cooperative and on Road location

Staff is very co-operative and very good room service. Just 100mts away to M G Road metro station. Only draw back is electrical switches and sockets are not at proper place and sockets didn’t work properly but staff is quick to resolve it.

Bedsheets, blanket and mattress were dirty, smailing very baildly, multiple large dirty spots clearly visible, provided blanket was badly teared/damaged. Couldn't rest/sleep well.

We had wonderful stay with good breakfast and hospitality. The management was courteous enough to accommodate my early check in. Very courteous staff

one the best hotels in budget ... rooms were good .. spcly staff is helpfull and cooperative...... location is good.... I believe its gonna be my fix hotel for next time I stay in gurgav ...

Room condition was not good, bathroom was under stairs and was not good, not worth it as per the price

Food was not good at all given the price of the room. Room was fine. Staff was good.

The room were untidily the beds had bed bugs which resulted us to leave the place before our check out date and the water was so hard it gave my skin an allergic reaction

Amazing stay with great food and amazing staff behaviour. Hardly 100m from mg road metro makimg it the best and budget friendly place.

Location and food is great. Room was big so is the washroom. But the room walls were dirty so was the sofa placed inside the room. However the washroom was in better shape. Room service was exceptional and food taste was great.
