The room was not clean and the staff was not supported and the lift is not working The toilet is Fully dirty The food quality is soo bad . in the morning we require bath towel but they do not provide and tood us all bath towel is goes fro dry cleaning .... overall soo bad experience and bad stay one night.....we request to everyone do not visit this property never in life it is waste of money....😑😑😏😏

There was no TV, no intercom facility, bedsheet were not clean, cockroach found on bed and floor. You won't get a morning tea served before 9am. Breakfast was a surprise since the menu is not decided till 8am.

3rd Class hotel, worst experience till now while staying in any hotel. smelly rooms with garbage inside the rooms and on complaint, staff was rude and non listener

Stay was pathetic. The photos shown on the website and real is very different. In bathroom there is broken toilet pipe and ac is not working. I have changed room 3 times because of the issues i was facing. And the staff was rude as hell they didn’t listen to you properly. After many calls they answer your phone. Worst experience ever

The stay was terrible. I have to wait for more than an hour for my check in. They delayed my check in time. And there was electricity issue.

The staff asked for 5 star rating before check in. Took phone for id verification and himself given 5 star on MakeMyTrip without consent. The room provided was not clean. No wifi, no dustbin, no proper water supply. Overall very poor experience for the stay.
