3rd Class hotel, worst experience till now while staying in any hotel. smelly rooms with garbage inside the rooms and on complaint, staff was rude and non listener

Rooms was very dirty and there where cockroaches all over the rooms and washroom also was not clean

The cleanliness was so poor in the hotel as i could see insects and cockroaches roaming on the floor and bathroom. The sheets were so dirty and the AC wasn’t even working properly. Had a horrible experience, not at all worth staying.

Stay was pathetic. The photos shown on the website and real is very different. In bathroom there is broken toilet pipe and ac is not working. I have changed room 3 times because of the issues i was facing. And the staff was rude as hell they didn’t listen to you properly. After many calls they answer your phone. Worst experience ever

The stay was terrible. I have to wait for more than an hour for my check in. They delayed my check in time. And there was electricity issue.

The staff asked for 5 star rating before check in. Took phone for id verification and himself given 5 star on MakeMyTrip without consent. The room provided was not clean. No wifi, no dustbin, no proper water supply. Overall very poor experience for the stay.

IhI had very disappointing stay at this hotel. Here are the key issues I experienced: The room was not clean on arrival, with stains on the bedding and dust on the furniture. Staff were unresponsive and unhelpful when I raised concerns. The facilities advertised were not available or in poor condition. Overall, I did not feel welcome or comfortable, and I would not recommend this hotel to others. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements.
