Stay was average the area which is located is inconvenient ( inside some small roads )

Extremely unhygienic- cockroaches all around, stinking under the sink, poorly located, very noisy & disturbing mornings, poor staff, the entire staff including caretaker and housekeeping sleep at reception sofas. Not recommended.

perfect stay .. cleanliness was upto the mark , near by market area.. good stay .. overall i would give 5 star for this property

Terrible Experience – Unsafe, The behavior of the host was shockingly rude, arrogant, and discriminatory. treated us with hostility from the moment we arrived. At one point, my entire family, including women and children, were forced out of the property for a few minutes late without any explanation. This left us frightened and deeply uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the host insulted us over a parking issue, stating, “This is not a Benz, so you can park on the roadside,” after I had already paid for the stay. It was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had during our journey across India. I would strongly advise against staying at this property, especially for families. I am also in the process of filing a police complaint to seek compensation for the harassment we faced.

Nook&CO ville Parle is one of the best service apartment in ville parle, if you are looking to stay at ville parle this is highly recommend, don't get bothered by its location in the ally, it is very clean ally and this property is also safe for a woman traveling alone. 5 star from my side

place is maintained and organised very well...we enjoyed the stay here..

if u r traveling by ur personal car than never book this property, parking is a very big issue. rest the property is very neat, clean, well maintained. superb 👌 for staying but worst for parking

Is was great experience but there was a limitations i didn’t like which was i can’t even bring my friends there so that was a off point for me beside that everything was great

Worst apartment I ever rented!! I booked the flat for 2 days. Our towels were not changed the next day, saying they only wash/change the towels once a week. Cutlery in the kitchen was dirty. The housekeeping help ‘Mantu’ was very ill mannered & rude. Did’nt let Zomato/Delivery Guys enter the building, asked us to come down and get the order. Banged the door and started shouting outside our flat just because we were 10 minutes late for check out. The street where the building is located too narrow, dirty and stinking. Would rate 2/10.

The apartment is okay for a short stay but very unhygienically maintained. The approach lane to property is extremely narrow so if you have some luggage prepare to walk 400 odd meters and carry all your luggage yourself. The Airconditioner did not work in both rooms and were not serviced for like years They don't have intercom within the premises so for every small need you will need to go by yourself to the ground floor or try calling the caretaker on his mobile. Linens and towels are replaced every three days so we witness dirty bed linen upon check in. All in all - the property is decent but for the price they expect the service is very poor.

No communication at all from the phone numbers provided. Properly was in a unreachable location by vehicle, with luggage it was impossible to reach. No contact picked up the phone for assistance or for service. Terrible experience and the apartment is in the worst location of Mumbai.

Wonderful stay at this luxurious apartment with all facilities

Great property! My family and I loved the stay here. Beautiful interior. Very clean and well maintained 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Feels like home. Location is very close to the airport. We found very few restaurants nearby(walkable). But Swiggy and Zomato deliveries takes care of that part. Basic cooking equipment like microwave, induction cooker, electric kettle and fridge helped us manage food. Wifi Iron box, Water heater, air conditioned rooms, Television and what not. Our stay was on the 4th floor. Lift is there. They've specifically mentioned no parking. The approach road to the building is very narrow. But we were lucky enough to make an uber guy enter the narrow road and drop us in front of the building the first day which most uber guys wont. If you are getting an uber you may have to walk around 200-250 mtrs to reach the main road and then call the uber. People around the building are very friendly. The host and the caretaker were very pleasant and welcoming. They have a very comfortable lounge to relax in the lobby. PS: If take off and landing sounds are a problem for your sleep then this place is not for you. But this place is a gem of a place altogether.

Very neat and clean. Well managed, good hospitality. No issues regarding the stay. Safety aspect also taken care of with digital lock.

Very nicely maintained and clean. Has all the amenities. It's a 2bhk. Though locating it could be a bit difficult and washrooms are bit narrow in width but i will strongly recommend the property for everyone.

My stay was wonderful. The room was cozy, with a comfy bed and soft linens that made it hard to leave. The thoughtful touches, like complimentary water and quality toiletries, stood out. The staff were friendly and made me feel at home. Everything came together for a memorable experience, and i’m definitely planning to return.

The apartment was well located and beautifully designed. All the basic needs were taken into consideration and was equipped accordingly. Everything was apt, we all had a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was very easy to commute from the apartment location, the cabs and autos were easy to opt from the apartment location. It was in a small lane but approx. 100 metres walk in the small lane. The caretaker was helpful and the hosts were also accessible at all times.

Excellent stay with family for 2 days. Property is super clean and spacious. Location is bit interior but worth it.
