I had a recent stay at this property and it was an absolute disaster. The hotel is marketed as a 5-star, but in reality, it doesn’t even qualify for 2 stars.
Property & Maintenance: Though newly launched, the hotel is poorly maintained. Hardly any guests were staying, and it seems to be running with minimal staff and minimal facilities. The underground parking area is filled with heaps of crushed sand dust – once you walk through it, you end up carrying all that dust into your room.
Rooms & Housekeeping: Room cleaning is not done unless specifically requested, and even then, you have to wait 3–4 hours for the cleaning staff to show up. Hot water is unavailable by default; only after raising complaints did they start it, but you still have to keep the tap open for nearly half an hour to get mildly hot water.
Facilities: There is no Wi-Fi at all, which is shocking for a so-called 5-star hotel. The hotel management seems completely uninterested in running the property.
Food & Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast is pathetic with very limited items, nowhere near what you would expect even from a 3-star property.
Service & Support: Even after raising concerns with both the hotel management and MakeMyTrip support, there was no assistance from either side.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The property is misrepresented as 5-star but lacks even basic facilities. I will never visit again and strongly urge others to be very cautious before booking this place.
