This property is an excellent choice for a family stay. The food was very satisfying, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meals served. The fish was especially tasty. Breakfast was decent. The hospitality provided by the staff was outstanding. Especially the lawn area and the view of Kozhikode runway from the hotel was awesome.

The link of map you sent show some "euro cafe. Also there's an error of approximately 500 metres' error in going to the property. Most of the locals are ignorant of the place.

soloLocation very scet on hill top. Convenient to airport but totally cut off from any amenities. Cabs do-not hire. Take auto for local travels which is very reasonable. Staff are polite. Rooms are nice as per state govt standards. Food limited menu but tasty n homely feeling. Best if vehicle is available for family stay.

businessGreat place close to calicut airport, easily accessible by auto/taxi. They have limited dishes but i found the food quite tasty and economically priced. Since i had to check out early, they even offered to arrange an auto, early in the morning. The place is on top of a hill and quite scenic too. I found the room quite clean and well maintained. Hats off to ktdc for running the place just like any private hospitality group would.
