The stay was good with the hotel having 5 star facilities. The staff were friendly and courteous. The buffet spread was adequate. The rooms were spacious and modern.

Our experience with their client support was quite disappointing. The team lacked efficiency and proper communication when it came to solving issues. Even after raising multiple concerns, the responses were delayed, and the solutions provided were neither clear nor effective.

I am very disappointed with the money-minded attitude of this hotel. I could have given them a negative rating, provided the option. They do not respect their guests' rights or basic requests. I advise others to consider this property carefully; your money deserves better and fairer service

Very smooth check in, they connect before arrival to ensure that your needs are met, rooms are spacious and clean! What was best here is the hospitality of Every staffs specially the Restaurent team, they go above and beyond to ensure you are looked after very well. Very kind , courteous and professional team! Don’t forget to try Malabar fish curry and their Malabar Biryani worth it.

The stay in Dimora Hotel was good. The front office staff were so friendly and arranged the room even before. the actual check in time Rooms were ok and breakfast was delicious. The carpet in the corridoors, I think it was carpet, look old. The important draw back was the approch road to the hotel from high way. Tha slope from the high way is dangerous. Even though it is a Govt. property, the hotel authorities can make effort to repair it.

I had a wonderful experience at Dimora Hotel, Kozhikode. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access major attractions and shopping areas. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always greeted with a smile, which made the stay even more pleasant. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Considering the quality of service and amenities, it’s definitely great value for money. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

I had a really pleasant stay at Dimora Kozhikode. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made my stay feel relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious and quite reasonably priced, so I felt it was great value for money. The breakfast spread was fantastic — a wide variety of options and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The only thing I felt could be improved is the approach road to the hotel, which would make getting there a little smoother. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I’d happily choose Dimora Kozhikode again on my next visit.

Location is good but customer service is terrible.. i had a very bad experience.. No welcoming.. at the check-in time from the reception gave me room key of room number 610 and once i open room with smart key there was someone already there..in the room., they shouted with me and i reported reception and they changed again room to 711. its a big security issue.. i reported again when i check-out but still no one apologize.. and they behave like its a normal issue.. very unprofessional and very strange..in restaurant food is average.. Amenities are average , gym very small..

The property is really good, rooms are very neat and tidy, had a very comfy cofy stay. The staffs have a very good behaviour and the service is also too good. I recommend this hotel to all those who are looking for a good stay at Calicut. The place is quite peaceful and they have great amenities.

The service was really great. They upgraded the room for no extra cost which suprised us. The pool and gym facilities were top notch. The morning breakfast was also wonderful. Overall gret stay

Horrible stay we had , very average food and very average stay , I am curious on what basis this is qualified as 5 star.... prices at Taj level but service not even at 3 star....Fancy lights won’t make a property a worthy stay..
