breakfast food room service is good peaceful location bed and pillow no good they try to fix it , but can't because it's all they have The overall team has to improve

We Faced bad experience from the hotel staff. Staff behaviour was very rude. Don’t expect this from a reputed brand

A well maintained property with great ambience ,good food and friendly staff. There is a pool which remains open upto 8 pm and speed boat service which takes you through the adjacent chaliyar river for a short but memorable trip .

What should I say of Raviz Kadavu, an absolutely amazing place next to the Chaliyar River. The resort is nestled in a beautiful serene environment. The place is kept amazingly well, clean and the staff is very cordial and welcoming. The food is excellent, try some of the typical Kerala cuisine too. The rooms are spacious, well lit and comfortable. A wonderful place to stay with family and kids. Highly recommended

location is great. stayed in a cottage. The keylock stops working frequently. when requested for a fresh key the front desk takes atleast 15 to 20mins to send somebody to get the door opened. same is the case at checkout. called for luggage snf had to call multiple times before the bell boy who arrived after 25mins. floors are oily and slippery at several places.

The ambience was ok but the dinner was not worth ,second thing was that I was made to wait my bill settlement as the reason given was they to check the room

I find this property Location by searching in make my trip. My daughter liked swimming pool swing and trampoline she just loved it and view from my cottage is also very nice

the location is very close from the city but once you enter the property you are totally out of city and in a different and peaceful environment. we found everything wery well organized, 1.pleasant and helpful staff, 2.good well come in indian style with diya. 3.quick checkin procedure with option to upgrade at nominal charges. 4.room was silent,decent size, very clean and all utilities were almost double. 5.the property is serene beautiful swimming pool, nice backwater. 6.well maintained property. 7.the autvedic massage was very relaxing. very good and clean room, with great view, no smells, jethin was the therapist and did a great massage. 8.our request for late checkout was accommodated by the reception staff. 9.cherry on the ice... the food was simply awsome, wide variety of cuisine and super suoer tasty food. the restaurant staff was very hospitable. 10.very calm, clean and possitive vibes in the entire facility. we will certainly look forward to visit their other properties and would recomend to others. 11.we stayed for 1night but would stay for more if we had time. overall 5star experience👍.
