There was no proper hot water in the bathroom.

Family suite room is congested with two double beds worst part is no kitchen in hotel, hot water and room heater are pathetic will not recommend in winter.

Good location and family friendly. Staff is very politely and helpful. There is no restaurant inside the hotel but we can find good opitions of restaurants nearby the hotel.

Hotel was good. Hot water is available only from 7 pm to 9 pm. Overall quite good experience

We stayed here during our visit in may 2024. Neat and tidy place, recent construction. Friendly staff too. Walked to the local market and parks nearby, which was enjoyable.

It's on chandanwari road, location was on side of main road, but there service is too poor, they have not any fooding option only tea or coffee available, they have not electric kettle too, this is mandatory electric kettle in any hillstation hotels.

Hotel is in the prime location. Shops and restaurants everything is just next to it. Everything is in walkable distance. We had a good stay. Property is quite clean and the washrooms are hygienic. Good stay.

Property location is great, and is ad-mist all local general stores and restaurants. Food is not available within the hotel and one has to arrange a takeaway or eat elsewhere. The staff is very supportive and cooperative. Nasir ahmed ji was very helpful in making our stay pleasant. We were travel-ling with our one year old and nasir ji helped in all manner to accommodate our requests.

The staff and the hotel were good, however we had a few issues with hot water and heaters which were solved later. Overall we would recommend the place.

First of all. No room heater, only a personal heater which is nowhere sufficient to heat a room. Bed heater is useful when you sleep, which was the saving grace. You need to call them every time to get hot water. Reception is not always available the manager is a pleasant person, that's the only positive thing.

The property is located on the main road leading to chandanvari. The staff is very cooperative and soft spoken. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. I stayed there on december 27 when the temperature was -5 but the electric blanket provided helped us keep warm. The staff helped us get taxi for sightseeing. Breakfast was included and they served omelette, bread with butter, boiled eggs and tea. Overall experience was good. If you are looking for a good hotel in budget then you can consider this hotel without giving a second thought.
