We were travel-ling as a couple with an infant. The staff here are friendly beyond our imagination. Even at odd hours when we ask for some hot milk for the baby, they'd provide us. The baby fell sick due to a week long travel and all she'd eat is boiled rice and daal, which the hotel provided free of cost. I didn't expect the manager mr guha roy to know about the baby's health as we were just communicating to the caretaker family only, but when one evening i reached his desk to talk about renting a can, he started with asking about the well being of the baby. Now that, dear reader, that is the real family-friendly commitment. One more fateful event happened, the caretaker's child fell down the stairs and broke his jaw, and was to be rushed to the hospital. Next time when i met him and before i could even ask about his kid, he appologised for not being able to deliver my kid's food on time. I mean, i had no intention of charging him of anything, yet he apologised for something he could do nothing about. The staying experience altered all my doubts i had before entering the hotel.

Hotel new manzil experience was not at all good really bad. Hotel quality was really down, not good service. Rooms were dirty. Only 1 assistance was available for entire hotel. I will give rating 1 to the hotel. If you go directly to hotel they were charging only 1100/- r's. Per room and we have 1600, after getting 30 discount from MakeMyTrip .
