Review Of New Digha Hotel Classic Inn

I liked the location. Hotel was near to all important places, beach, station, Jagannath temple, Amarabati park. Food, amenities, staff behavior, all good. What I disliked is poor cleanliness. Deluxe room walls, basins, bathrooms lacked proper cleanliness, swimming pool premises not properly cleaned, pool water should have been pore transparent. Housekeepers and retraurent waiters all asked for tips. I didn't liked that. Allthough not at all desirable still, tips request should be restricted to housekeeper I believe.

Was given different rooms for the first day

I choose through My my trip after searching their hotels in Digha. but it was a very worst experience, very careless security , washroom was not properly maintained. no drinking water supplied. we have purchased everytime. I'll never ever recommend this property in future. please look after this matter

Location was good .food amenities and services were also very good.The staff were very co operative.

When we arrive in Digha they informed us that if we have no room, we contacted the hoste, named Make My Trip and with his help I found the room no. 305 that was a bad one and we were shifted to the room number 105 rooms after ten o'clock at night.

I searched and booked with Makemytrip but Room and bed was not as shown in pic. Service also very poor when I checked in I requested to change the room but they denied to change because I booked also not helped after booking finally at 12:00 PM in night they changed my room because AC also stopped working. It's very worst experience in this hotel I faced ...staffs present at reception are very rude. Very very poor service cleanness was also poor.
