A very homely stay if you wish for such. The owner of the property mr. Nandoskar is a friendly guy and ever ready to provide whatever the guest asks for be it some tea or info about local cuisine. He keeps the rooms in order and the premises very clean. The property is surrounded by trees and is actually located on the kari river backwaters on the eastern end, one can touch the waters by just standing there during a high tide. The sea shore is on the western end and is very close too. The hospitality and simple charm would win over even the most discerning guest. I recommend this hoe-stay for its cleanliness, warm hospitality and value for money. There are some excellent options of authentic malvani food close by and devbag is an absolute beach heaven if there ever was one!

The owner mr. Rajesh is very humble, responsive person. He is good cook also. We stay for 3 nights. Rooms are clean, neat the gallery is well maintained. U can get river view from it. River is just a 100 ft. From it. The beach is 1 min walking distance. Very calm and quiet place. Mr. Rajesh arrange everything for us. As per our schedule. From lunch, dinner, water sports, beach visit, etc. He guides us about climate also. Ample space for parking also. It's altimate place for stay for family.

All the facilities provided by the hotel manager. The hotel manager is a owner of the hotel and he provides all the services at instant and to doorstep, also he guides for the travel plan. Mr. Rajesh Nandoskar is so helpful and friendly with the guests, the hospitality is also best. Only one request is to provide WiFi at the hotel as there is no network for browsing internet.
