Booked this home stay since it was near to malvan beach. Walkable distance 500 mtrs. Owner is user friendly and she makes delicious foods. You can buy sea foods and they will cook at a moderate price. For breakfast and dinner you need to order in advance. Ample car parking available. My family liked the stay.

Rooms are same as shown in pictures, anyone can come and check anything… exterior view we have trees and all greenary people come enjoy this view.

As the area had some issues with electricity there because of heavy rainfall in previous days, we had to wait for an hour so for electricity but there was an arrangement of diesel generator. So all in all we didn't face many hurdles and our stay was good there.

Drink water is available we don't keep in the room but once asked we provide, reason what we don't keep is, bottled water is paid and some people don't want that they prefer normal water. Due to heavy rain, cable connection was not available, TV available, we provided you free wifi, we do arrange everything that we can.

Had a bad experience

Ac was not working properly, food facilities were not available even no breakfast was not available. They did not provide the room which we wanted. No water was available in the room and it is located far from the main Road. I won't recommend this place.

Ac was working fine you had selected wrong mode which was hot mode. We provide food only if u give order in advance and it was clearly mentioned. You had booked budget room and you were asking to change it to standard room which was not possible due to session time, and all rooms were sold out that day. If possible I would have given u standard room with extra charge. Some people drink bottle water which is paid, and fresh water we provide so we don't keep in the room. Anyone can check on the map its just 10 mins walking from main road i.e 500m
