Worst experience
familyHotel rentals and the facility doesn’t match, high cost for poor service, food and overall experience. The hotel has parking 500 metres away so one has to walk, parking is not secure as it’s open for all. Cleanness is major issue, first day when we ordered tea it had lipstick marks all over, the spoons were dirty with food stains. We asked for extra bedding but even after 4 to 5 reminders it was not delivered. Pool water was dirty and it was not available for use.

Dear Anil Thank you for sharing your review. first things that our resort parking 100 metres away so max 3-4 min walking distance and it's private parking for resort only not open for all and we are using this parking last 7yr and not happened anything. Our staff come to parking for luggage pick up and drop and we mentioned before arrival to you on phn call also it's mentioned on make my trip app you should read before booking. You given one star for location as well it's like you just don't want to give anything good about our resort. Best location in town if you are planning for water sports, boating, scuba because jetty attached to our property and it start resort itself.i check with staff about you mentioned lipstick mark and any cleaning issues but nothing happened like you mentioned. Just we accept that you mentioned for extra bedding and there was miscommunication happened between room numbers and we apologize for that but you mentioned in that 5 reminder hats off to you. You mentioned pool water dirty but Swimming pool water very clean and you uploaded photo as well. it's newly constructed swimming pool.We understand that some times guest may have unrealistic expectations or may not be satisfied with their stay and we respect there right to express their opinions. we look forward to providing you enjoyable experience. Hygeine and maintainance was excellent
All arrangements were properly made, staff was quite helpful specially sanjay. Taste of food was great. Property is very nicely maintained it feels you are in new property only. Connectivity is great. Special thanks to nitin for making all arrangements for site seeing so comfortable

familyBreezywood has riverfront view. It has excellent quality of cottages. Best part of resort is food and the host. He is owner of resort as well. Nitin not only helped us with authentic local cuisine food choices but also helped us in planning our day. He ensured we visit all the right places in the stipulated time we had. He also few things out of his way to make our stay enjoyable.

Every thing was satisfactory ambience, service, cleanliness, facilities etc. Even staff was very co-operative. Have a scope in improvement in terms of food.

This is a small dirty hotel by the river Karol
No hotel staff at night. You are left alone at night. Your car is parked 1 km away from hotel with no security.

Dear, thank you for choosing your stay at Breezywood resort, devbag. It is unfortunate that you found our parking 1km away from hotel. Please don't miss guide to other guests. We have private parking owned by Breezywood resort, which is 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from resort. Our staff carry guest luggage and assist them for parking. We have our in-house staff. Who takes care all guests needs till 11.00pm. We also introduced his mobile number after your check-in, if you need anything 24*7. Our premise is fully under CCTV, that feels our guest secure. Our premises gate is locked after 11 PM for guests safety. It also feels degrading that you found our hotel 'small and dirty', first of all we have wooden cottages that perfectly suitable for 2 person and very clean. I checked with our staff about your experience, everything was good till check out time till 10.AM. but you was not ready to check out because you want to go for scuba diving then staff called me and I spoke with you that you have to check out because we have other booking and that guest going to check-in 12 PM. So we have to clean room and give to other guests. That time your behavior with me also not good at all. You told me I will not check out do whatever you want to do. Sometimes we allow late check out whenever we don't have booking for that cottage. Thanks & Regards, Breezywood Resort.
Best place to stay in Devbag
Great experience. Helpful owner and well trained staff. Service was exceptionally good compare to other hotels in same region. Staff were humble to get Idea about their service from customer to improve in future. They took my personal request for decoration and candle light dinner and it was up to mark.

Best experience
Just visited at Breezwood, very nice experience, staff is very co-operative, rooms are very clean and in good condition. Overall Resort is very good and safe for couple, food quality was best. One more thing those who are plan to visit this Resort and also interested in scuba diving then my suggestion is please go through the Resort referred person only. Thank you Mr. Nitin. Average, overpriced hotel, at a good location
The hotel was well below expectations. In every way. We paid a high price per night, and expected a really top hotel for that price. But, were disappointed. Room was small, very basic, ill-equipped. Noisy Aircon, no windows, stale smell etc. Overall very disappointing. Food was average. The only redeeming factor was the good location, on the riverfront. The staff was helpful.

You booked cottage for 30th and 31st december so obviously price is higher than usual price because it's high demand dates. When you checked in that time I was present to welcome you. I came with you till your cottage to guide you all things. I showed your cottage and told you local information for boating suffer. Your wife before entering in the bathroom asked for fresh towels but there was clean and fresh towels. I didn't said anything and did what she told. I send fresh towels again. After that your wife asked for new bathmats again I just did what she said. After your lunch I arrange boat tour for you. As you requested chair in the boat because your wife have back problem and I given chair from Resort to boat. We full fill all your needs and demands. As owner I did all needful things to take care of senior citizen. Our cottage size 260sq ft and it's very comfortable for 2 person. There is window for all cottages. All cottages well equipped like fan, AC, led tv, intercom, electric kettle, geyser, Bath amenities etc. We are glad we could serve you with excellent food and good service and that is exactly what we aim for. Excellent stay near beach
We went for a night stay at Breezywood the Resort is really beautiful and the location is just near the Tsunami Beach. It's was great experience the cottages were beach facing. Hospitality was amazing as we went to celebrate a birthday eve decoration and arrangements were done with the help of hotel management. Food was awesome!

A breeze of a stay!
groupLoved my stay at this resort. The food was brilliant. The rooms are well made and equally well kept, clean with all amenities. The sitout area is to die for, overlooking the river. The staff was very courteous and guided me with whatever I needed. Special mention of Nitin Kanase who himself took care of my stay and comfort. Thanks a ton!

Awesome place
Food is good in taste little expensive but Worth the taste. Rest all facilities are good. Specially all staffs are nice. Best part is the superb view from the hotel.

Facility
There is no any additional facility like gym, pool, entertainment area at this Resort. Location is perfect and staff there are very nice and polite.
