Staff was good as well as hospitality

Hotel is good, location, rooms, room cleaning service and food quality is very good but need to work on lot for restaurant service. Less ratings because of that.

The property is clean and beautiful, but service is not good. They allot us room no. 201, the room was clean, but the basic amenities are not working like 1. Telephone was not working- for every comunication we have to go to reception personally. 2. T v was not working - the service attendent tried it, but couldn't solve it. 3. Geyser not working - the attendent told that, solar water is there, but we never get at least lukewarm water in our 2 days stay. 4. A c remote was not there- the room was getting too chilled hence have to operate manually in whole night. 5. Food quality is good. But the service is very slow. We ordered for tea and breakfast at 7. 00 am, but couldn't get it till 8. 15 am. So left it as we were in hurry.

Friendly staff and excellent customer service specially mahendra paradkar is a very genuine person and helpful my sr citizen parents travel-led thr and we're very well taken care of

The hotel room was excellent, clean, spacious with jacuzzi and a very helpful staff. Its not exactly on the beach but you can see the beach from the balcony. Food was excellent. The only issue we found was the road to get to the location.

If someone is pure veg then it’s good place to eat also non veg food is awesome. However rate is slightly high.

Delightful stay. Proximity to all basic facilities and water sports. Very well managed and maintained rooms. Royal deluxe room has 5 star feel. Staff is excellent. Feels like home!

It is a new property and thus everything was exceptionally good. The rooms were very neat and the washroom too. The staff was cooperative with us. The rooms were large and we felt relaxed to stay there. Would love to stay there again.

The behavior of the staff was very polite. The rooms and amenities were pretty good. One issue which we faced when we ordered food they took a lot of time to serve it. The service they provide is a little bit delayed. It was also safe. But apart from that, all was well.

Fine hotel very very good service and very clean with good atmosphere feeling

Service is terrible. Power, ac and water issues. Though they have mentioned about wifi and swimming, tank nothing is available. Breakfast doesn't have many options. Rates are 5 stars but service is like a roadside hotel.
