Property location is excellent with direct access to the beach. View from the balcony, room etc was very good. Staff was polite and service was very good.

Great stay right next to the beach, beautiful view from the balcony and same from the bath tub. We had crab masala.and tandoor both were awesome. Fish fry was fresh.and tasty.

Location is good. Near to the beach. Room service is fine. Cleanliness is okay. Food is good. Services are poor. No service between 10pm to 8am. You won't even get water during this time. Waiting time for the food at the restaurant is more than an hour. You won't get enough Breakfast. Staff is very limited.

The property location is excellent — you get a clear view of the Arabian Sea, and the surroundings are peaceful and relaxing. The overall ambiance is truly worth experiencing. Breakfast was excellent, though the Malvani thali could be a bit more authentic — it missed that home-style flavor. Still, the food quality and service were very good. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — suitable for all types of guests. However, the AC control seemed to be managed via Wi-Fi, so we couldn’t adjust it ourselves. The TV connection was deactivated due to recharge issues. The swimming pool was closed after 7 p.m., which felt restrictive for guests who wish to enjoy evening time. Also, there was no music or sound system near the pool, which reduced the fun atmosphere a bit. Considering the overall facilities and sea-facing location, the room rates are slightly higher compared to nearby properties — but the view, cleanliness, and staff service make it worth paying a little extra.

The location is excellent but a lot of renovation work was going on , food was good though but not a child friendly resort

Location and view from room was amazing. Great Wi-Fi which helped me to work without an issue. Staff are polite but one particular member front desk had some attitude issues and ignored my request when asked for cab service.The in-house restaurant had limited Food options. The 5* rating is for the view and local activities.

stayed for 2 nights - in simple words good location lack of management and basic hospitality. I enjoyed 2 nights just because of the beach location and view. Good experience staying at Avisa Nila. Staff is polite and helpful. Deluxe Sea View Room is spacious and gives a 180° view of the sea. We faced network issues and wifi wasn't working as well. Due to off season, the kitchen is serving limited dishes. Overall, satisfactory experience and worth spending time here Good experience staying at Avisa Nila.

The room was good, Food was okay, but there were no activities, not even indoor games like TT and Carrom. not properly maintained. They haven't provided the rooms which we booked. It's just nature, that gives you a vibe, otherwise the resort doesn't put any effort to make it better. My advice is not to plan your stay here. Waste of Money.

The view was amazing. Siddesh was really helpful. The food could be better. The Chinese food we ordered was too sweet.

Excellent Property with awesome sea view and a private beach. I visited during off season on 29 Jun 25 with wife and two children. Even though there were very few guests, the property was very well maintained. The staff was very cooperative and well behaved.

Clean and nice , walking distance to the beach. Friendly staff, food was good. No beach activities in monsoon though.
