Facilities in hotel were poor. There was no Internet and TV wasn’t working Even after reporting them multiple times, they did not fix the issue Room service is pretty difficult as phones provided in room were not working and none of the network provider has network in hotel so it is difficult to connect with reception They turn off AC and Hot water as per their wish and it is expected that every time we go and inform them when we want to use them Receptionist is very rude and unhelpful Hotel has parking only for 2 cars and has issue with parking as well Overall location is good but there is lot of scope for improvement

Hotel is at a good location and it has access to a sort of private beach area, though it's not private as such but there is not much crowd around it. Boating activities are 1 km away where you can walk to easily and scuba folks pick you right from the attached beach. Food served here is delicious though there is a lot of service delay. Staff was great and helpful although they could have told me during check in about water heater being accessible only from reception and not your room and that the lights in the room has two modes - dark blue and white. I was wondering why these lights are so shady and why couldn't i have white only to be told at reception during checkout that it's toggelable. So i think for the amount being charged, the check in needs to be more thorough.

Excellent food, reasonable prices, professional staff, excellent rooms and cleaning. Beach 10 steps away. Breakfast had limited options.

Very good place for relaxation and for peace of mind from hectic schedule. But no wifi network.

The resort and the people there were great. The cottages are just a few steps away from the beach. The food is decent too.

Location is not in Malvan, 12 km from city. They can't provide wi-fi facility.

The location of the resort is it's USP, the beach is at a 50mts distance. You step out of the cottage and relax by the beachside . Cottage was decent. They have rooms as well . Food is more than awesome at pretty economical rates. We were here for 2 nights/3days and we relished every dish like prawn thali, crab thali, pure Malvan taste . Excellent service by the staff . Highly recommended place for a relaxed stay!

Resort is just attached to beach. We will return back next time. Fantastic Location. Very good for Family and kids. Well maintained. Good ambience. Must to visit for one who loves beach walk. You can also try a candle light dinner on beach end. Totally loved Malvan and sea pearl.

A good location in a little remote area. Not for those who likes to socialize. Rooms are average but the atmosphere is amazing. Cottage rooms are good but proper rooms are best. Sea facing resort with a very good staff. Treated us like a home. Must visit.

Awesome location, sea facing, polite staff, excellent food, prompt service, feel like home guest/staff behavior, value for money, the cook provided traditional konkani breakfast ghavne-chatni on demand, which was not on menu.
