location was ok, but mattress was not good, bedsheet was not provided, wifi not available in room, I will not recommend

The place is not the way it is shown in the photo galary. Lots of mosquitoes and the garbage is laying around the hotel

Food was amazing. Staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. Even the location is just 5 mins walk from the beach. Lot of water sports nearby including the boating in the creek. I will definitely plan a trip next time at the seam location. My only suggestion rooms are smaller for a family of 4.

Neat and clean rooms. In-house restaurant great taste quite high price. All sports activities are very near to property.

It was nice stay for one night, beach is nearby and it is clean and neat beach, that is why i always prefer malvan.

We booked this hotel for a two-day stay. Although it's not a beachfront property, it's conveniently located near major activities like scuba diving and boating. The room was clean and equipped with all the essentials typically found in budget hotels. Additionally, the food provided was satisfying, and the staff members were courteous and helpful. Overall, it offered great value for the money spent.

It was wonderful stay. Room was neat and clean. Food was delicious and yummy and kitchen was hygienic.

Authentic malvani cuisine served hot. Room and bathroom was clean. Hosts were friendly. Neat and clean room. Tv, ac, water heaters were working. Property has a genset for power cut. Parking available. Beach within walking distance. Also boats for scuba diving and water sports nearby. The staff know the local people for sightseeing.

We had a pleasant stay in the resort. The location is near to devbag, tarkarli beach and sangam point. You will also find boating activities nearby at walking distance. The resort had their own restaurant which provided nice veg and non veg food. The approach road to this location is quite narrow, so you need to avoid travel-ling at peak hours or hire a two wheeler. Overall i would recommend this place for a nice stay.

Simply, small hotel with highly professional service. Very clean bathroom which is very imp point. Very selective food with good quality.

This property have best location, room space only fir couple, they have self restaurant average food.

The location is good, but this is not at a resort. This is actually an average hotel. The hotel staffs were polite but not really prompt. The rooms were absolutely average. My experience with this hotel can be rated maximum to "average, if not below.

The property is very nice with clean and specious rooms. Mr. Parag the owner of the place is very courteous man. He was always available for support. The food was really very tasty both veg and non-veg. Overall it was very satisfying experience. Would surely love to go back again

Excellent place to stay. Riverside and seaside both are at walkable distance. For sports activities, the pick up point is hardly 2 min walk from hotel. Also, interior of hotel is very good. Has ac, hot and cold water. Hotel has food facilities just next to it so don't have to go anywhere. Prawn thali is excellent. Also the mango pickle. For other stuff you want buy just like swimming costume, hat etc you will it beside hotel only. In short very pleasant stay

Hotel location is good and staff is caring, food is home made like. Recommended to stay. Location is nearly 300 mtr away from beach.

The staff was very cooperative, the place is good if you want to do water sports than it is good to stay hear. Rooms are neat and clean. I would like to share one incident. We have checked out the room in the morning and after almost two hours i realised that i forgot my wallet in the room then i called up the hotel and they found it in the room and handed it to me as it is.

This is a second time i have stayed in this property. Maintained property. Plus point of this property is kind gesture of the owner and food.

Overall best experience, service is too good. Staff is very cooperative.
