Excellent location, delicious food, and a homely environment.

The property is at the extreme end of the Tarkarli strip. There is an off road from the main road which takes you to the main property. The main entrance with a Kutcha road has no lighting and has a deep trench on both sides which extends to a quick sand.There are 2 categories of rooms but MMT shows only booking option and unless u have visited the property you will not know that you have been booked at a premium at the lower category. Also the meals are overpriced 25% higher than similar Thali options in equal or category restaurants in the area. I had an accident and hit the gate with my car due to the bumpy entrance and broke his iron gate with my car

We had an excellent stay. The host mandir & his family have been extremely hospitable. It was like a home away from home. Food was amazing and we miss the taste even aftera week since we are back. Next time we would love to stay at the same place and enjoy the surroundings during their peak season.

We had booked deluxe cottage. Staff and other things were good except blankets and bed was not comfertable. Also towels wew not of good quality.

Experience was really memorable and my family never felt that we were guest, Mr.Mandar the owner make us very comfortable at the stay. Sea food was really amazing .Mr Mandar and his family to friendly ,I stay with my 3yrs son he enjoyed lot . specially home made malvan food we just tell them what we like to eat and they cook for us,Everything has a personal touch. Best place to stay in Devbag, Direct river view from hotel rooms , Opposite 5 minutes walk in distance devbag beach. Overall Awesome experience of Hotel ❤️

We stayed at mi-tray holiday homes for two nights and experience was too good. Location is perfect for relaxing holiday. Well maintained property. Best part of the stay was, hospitality and homely food provided by mandir samant and family. Fish preparation was awesome and we never got feeling of staying in hotel throughout our stay. It was more homely atmosphere provided by samant family. Highly recommending this property if you are visiting devbag, malvan.

The location is very serene and has a river view. Tsunami island is visible from this place and one can get a boat from the hotel itself. The owner mr. Mandir and his family are very hospitable. They serve malvani food which is very tasty. Good ambience.

It's a beautiful place to stay. Cottages are nice, well maintained, clean with all necessary amenities. Resort owner and staff is very friendly and highly cooperative. Food is also good. Overall great experience.

It was really very good experience. Rooms are nit and clean. Food was awesome. Home made and well prepared. I have tasted veg and non-veg food, both are very tasty. I would like to thank you mr. Mandar samant and his family who give very nice treatment, we feel like we are staying with our relatives. Once again thank you mandir i will come definitely come again regards mangesh khade

The stay was normal! Just the hotel needs a improvement! They didn't have a cupboard! Nor a water heater and also a telephone in the room! The breakfast was complimentary! Rest all was okay!
