Dear MakeMyTrip Team,
I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Nandanvan Residency, which I had booked through your platform. The experience was horrible and completely unacceptable, especially since I was traveling with my 6-month-old baby and family.
Here are the issues we faced:
The TV was not working, and there was no help provided despite repeated requests.
Room service was completely unresponsive — no one attended any of our phone calls throughout our stay.
The bed was too small. We had booked a double bed, but the hotel said no proper double bed rooms were available.
Because of the discomfort, we could not sleep the entire night, and our 6-month-old baby cried all night.
The hotel staff showed zero responsibility or support.
This experience caused severe mental and physical stress to my family. We trusted MakeMyTrip to provide verified listings and reliable service — but this was a clear case of negligence and cheating.
I am requesting a full refund for this terrible stay and expect immediate action. If not resolved, I will be forced to escalate this issue publicly.
